3. Article Processing Charges (APC)

• There are no submission or review fees.

• A one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 450 is applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

• The APC covers editorial handling, peer review, professional formatting, DOI registration, open access hosting, and long-term archiving.
